H.Amdt.814 - Amendment authorizes the Secretary of Defense to assign members of the Armed Forces, under certain circumstances and subject to certain conditions, to assist the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department of Homeland Security with preventing the entry of terrorists, drug traffickers, and illegal aliens into the United States.
