H.Amdt.89 - Amendment authorizes $49 million for integrated bioenergy research and development programs, projects, and activities, for each of the fiscal years 2005 through 2009; and provides that at least $5 million for each fiscal year shall be for training and education targeted to minority and social disadvantaged farmers and ranchers.
