H.Amdt.963 - Amendments en bloc require Federal agencies to comply with the requirements in public law and an Executive Order that deal with instituting energy efficiency improvements in Federal buildings; and provide that none of the funds in the bill may be used in contravention of section 303 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 which requires that alternative fueled vehicles be acquired by the Federal government for the Federal fleet.
