H.Amdt.968 - Amendment prohibits funds in the bill from being used in contravention of section 642 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 which prohibits localities from enacting laws that prevent police officers from reporting immigration information to the Federal government.
