H.Amdt.1033 - Amendment directed the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating, within 90 days of enactment, to conduct a mission requirement analysis for the navigable portions of the Rio Grande River, Texas, international water boundary. The analysis would identify what resources would be needed to further the Coast Guard's mission along the Rio Grande River.
