H.Amdt.1065 - Amendment prohibited use of funds in the bill for propaganda purposes, and directed the DOD Inspector General and GAO to report on whether or not the defense analysts program violated the propaganda provisions of Department of Defense appropriations bills for Fiscal Years 2002 through 2008.
