H.Amdt.1074 - Amendment provides that schools and local educational agencies receiving grants under this bill shall report, if they installed flooring, on whether it was (1) low- or no-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) flooring, (2) made from sustainable materials, and (3) cost effective.
