H.Amdt.164 - Amendment requires the General Services Administration, after an opportunity for notice and comment, to begin to make modifications, if necessary, to the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System for the purpose of tracking companies' compliance with small business subcontracting plans included in successful contract bids.
