H.Amdt.209 - Amendment sought to provide that, if, as a result of a GAO report, the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency determines that the Affordable Housing Fund is increasing mortgage costs for consumers, he may suspend the assessment of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
