S.Amdt.2114 - To require the Secretary of Defense to ensure that the Center of Excellence in Prevention, Diagnosis, Mitigation, Treatment, and Rehabilitation of Traumatic Brain Injury collaborates to the maximum extend practicable with the Department of Veterans' Affairs, institutions of higher education, and other appropriate public and private entities.
