S.Amdt.2308 - To authorize, with an offset, and additional $162,800,000 for Drug Interdiction and Counter-Drug Activities, Defense-wide, to combat the growth of poppies in Afghanistan, to eliminate the production and trade of opium and heroin, and to prevent terrorists from using the proceeds for terrorist activities in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere.
