S.Amdt.2681 - To provide that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may carry out a major medical facility lease in fiscal year 2008 in an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 to implement the recommendations outlined in the August, 2007 Study of South Texas Veterans¿ Inpatient and Specialty Outpatient Health Care Needs.
