S.Amdt.2862 - To authorize to be increased by up to $49,300,000 the amount authorized to be appropriated for the construction of munitions demilitarization facilities at Blue Grass Army Depot, Kentucky, and Pueblo Chemical Depot, Colorado, and to ensure the timely destruction of lethal chemical agents and munitions.
