H.Amdt.2 - Amendment originally sought to require the EPA, as part of a research and development program, to consider issues with respect to increased volatile emissions or increased nitrogen oxide emissions. As amended by the Eshoo amendment (A002), the original text was replaced with language that requires the EPA, as part of a research and development program, to consider strategies to minimize emissions from infrastructure.
