S.Amdt.3135 - To provide that, of the amount appropriated or otherwise made available for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation, Navy, up to $5,000,000 may be made available for the High Temperature Superconductor AC Synchronous Propulsion Motor for the purposes of completing testing and transitioning to Navy ship class as part of an effort to increase power while reducing vessel weight.
