S.Amdt.3397 - To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, to submit a report to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate on workers' compensation set-asides under the Medicare secondary payer set-aside provisions under title XVIII of the Social Security Act.
