H.Amdt.380 - An amendment to prohibit use of funds in the bill to provide an immigrant or non-immigrant visa to a national or citizen of a country the central government of which has notified the Secretary of State of its refusal to extradite to the United States any individual indicted in the United States for killing a law enforcement officer, as specified in a United States extradition request.
