S.Amdt.4229 - To provide a deficit-neutral reserve fund to provide for State disclosure, through a publicly accessible Internet site, of information relating to payments made under the State Medicaid program to hospitals, nursing facilities, outpatient surgery centers, intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded, institutions for mental diseases, or other institutional providers and the number of patients treated by such providers.
