H.Amdt.429 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following new section: SEC. 4__. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to plan, design, study, or construct, for the purpose of harvesting timber by private entities or individuals, a forest development road in the Tongass National Forest.
