H.Amdt.442 - Page 111, after line 17, insert the following: TITLE VI--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 601. Each amount appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act that is not required to be appropriated or otherwise made available by a provision of law is reduced by 4.3 percent.
