None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to issue any permit for, or otherwise approve or allow, importation of any polar bear or polar bear part under section 104(c)(5)(A) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1374(c)(5)(A)).
