H.Amdt.478 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following new title: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 901. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used by the Selective Service System to prepare for, plan, or execute the Area Office Mobilization Prototype Exercise.
