H.Amdt.485 - At the end of bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 901. Each amount appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act (including titles IV and VIII) that is not required to be appropriated or otherwise made available by a provision of law is hereby reduced by 8.9 percent.
