H.Amdt.488 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISION SEC. 901. Each amount appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act (including Federal funds contained in titles IV and VIII) that is not required to be appropriated or otherwise made available by a provision of law is hereby reduced by 0.5 percent.
