H.Amdt.48 - Amendment requires the Office of Government Ethics to submit a report to Congress that contains recommendations on requiring Government contractors that advise Federal agencies on procurement policy, and requiring Federally funded research and development centers, to comply with restrictions relating to personal financial interests, such as those that apply to Federal employees.
