H.Amdt.490 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 901. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Internal Revenue Service to implement a Spanish-language version of the "Where's my Refund?" service.
