H.Amdt.5 - Amendment requires the EPA, as part of a research and development program, to consider issues with respect to certification by a nationally recognized testing laboratory of components for fuel dispensing devices that specifically reference compatibility with blended alcohol and other biofuels that contain greater than 15 percent alcohol.
