H.Amdt.757 - Amendment requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Minerals Management Service, to submit a report to Congress on the status of regulations required to be issued under section 8(p)(8)) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1337(p)(8)) with respect to the production of wind energy on the Outer Continental Shelf.
