H.Amdt.763 - Amendment requires the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, and the heads of other appropriate Federal departments and agencies, to submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on the impact of global climate change on developing countries.
