H.Amdt.870 - Amendment directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to examine the lists of groups the members of which are presumed to be socially disadvantaged under the Small Disadvantaged Business program under section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and to consider whether the list should be updated to include additional groups.
