H.Amdt.954 - Amendment helps students and families plan financially for higher education by requiring that colleges provide information about the anticipated cost of a post-secondary degree. Institutions would have the option of offering either a multi-year tuition and fee schedule or a traditional, single-year tuition and fee schedule with a nonbinding, multi-year estimate of a student's net costs.
