S.Amdt.975 - To require the Secretary of Energy, acting through the Director of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Education, to provide grants to States to assist the States in establishing or expanding programs to enhance the quality of science education in elementary schools with respect to conventional and emerging energy sources and uses.
