H.Amdt.98 - Page 116, after line 8, insert the following (and conform the table of contents of the bill accordingly): SEC. 2041. CRITERIA FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HARBOR DREDGING PROJECTS. The Secretary shall budget and request appropriations for operation and maintenance of harbor dredging projects based only upon criteria used for such projects in fiscal year 2004 and shall not use a budget standard for such projects based on the amount of tonnage a harbor handles.
