H.Amdt.13 - Amendment provides that the Secretary require, as a condition for receiving funding under Title XIII of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, that demonstration projects utilize Internet-based or other open protocols and standards if available and appropriate, and further, that grant recipients utilize Internet-based or other open protocols and standards.
