S.Amdt.1627 - To require the Secretary of Defense to make certain certifications with respect to the development of an alternative propulsion system for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program before funds may be obligated or expended for such system and to provide, with offsets, an additional $282,900,000 for the procurement of UH-1Y/AH-1Z rotary wing aircraft and an additional $156,000,000 for management reserves for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
