H.Amdt.206 - Amendment requires reports to Congress every 90 days which list the countries that refuse or unreasonably delay accepting nationals of such countries who are under final orders of removal from the United States. The amendment also empowers the Secretary of State to suspend diplomatic visa issuances to any country that continues to deny or unreasonably delay repatriation.
