H.Amdt.238 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.__. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading "Department of Justice-General Administration -National Drug Intelligence Center" shall be available for operations of the National Drug Intelligence Center, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $44,023,000.
