H.Amdt.256 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading "Federal Emergency Management Agency--National Predisaster Mitigation Fund" shall be available for a grant to the Harris County Flood Control District, Texas.
