H.Amdt.257 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading "Science and Technology--Research, Development, Acquisition, and Operations" shall be available for the National Institute for Hometown Security, Kentucky, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $10,000,000.
