H.Amdt.258 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading "United States Customs and Border Protection--Salaries and Expenses" shall be available for award to Global Solar, Arizona, for the portable solar charging rechargeable battery systems, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $800,000.
