H.Amdt.259 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading "National Protection and Programs Directorate--Infrastructure Protection and Information Security" shall be available to SEARCH of Sacramento, California, for interoperable communications, technical assistance and outreach programs, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $1,000,000.
