H.Amdt.31 - Amendment directs the EPA to convene a task force (EPA, FDA, and others appointed by the Administrator of the EPA) to develop recommendations on the proper disposal of unused pharmaceuticals and a strategy to educate the public on those recommendations. It also permits, at the request of the head of the task force, any federal agency or department to detail personnel to the task force.
