H.Amdt.36 - Amendment requires the OMB Director to submit to Congress a financial report containing an interagency crosscut budget for restoration activities that protect, conserve, or restore water quality in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. In addition, the EPA Administrator would be required to develop and update an adaptive management plan for Chesapeake Bay restoration activities.
