S.Amdt.4222 - To limit the use of funds for the Department of Veterans Affairs for presumption of service-connection between exposure of veterans to Agent Orange during service in Vietnam and certain additional diseases until the period for disapproval by Congress of the regulation establishing such presumption has expired.
