H.Amdt.441 - Amendment requires that States participating in the Quality Pathways Grant Program shall evaluate and report to the Secretary a description of any disparity by geographic area, rural and urban, that exists in ongoing high quality, early learning programs for low-income children. The amendment also requires that participating States outline the steps that would be taken to address any such disparities.
