H.Amdt.458 - Amendment requires the Secretary, when carrying out solar technology demonstration projects, to evaluate the potential to establish large photovoltaic facilities that produce at least 100 gigawatts, including an evaluation of the electrical grid, current, voltage, and energy storage requirements associated with large photovoltaic facilities.
