H.Amdt.485 - Amendment requires a study and a report to Congress by the SBA, within one year of enactment, to determine the feasibility of a program to increase investment in the research, development and commercialization of medical technology by small businesses in a similar matter to the renewable energy program currently administered by the SBA.
