H.Amdt.48 - Amendment creates a National Service Reserve Corps comprised of individuals who have completed a term of national service, fulfilled training requirements and can respond to national disasters and other emergencies. These individuals will be listed in a national database for the ease of immediate deployment in case of emergency.
