H.Amdt.501 - Amendment establishes a point of contact within the Office of Chemical Facility Security providing for who would be responsible for interagency coordination and also requires the Secretary to liaise with State Emergency Response Commissions and Local Emergency Planning Committees to update emergency planning and training procedures.
