H.Amdt.572 - At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC.__.APPLICATION OF 14TH AMENDMENT. Nothing in the Act shall relieve a Native Hawaiian governing authority from complying with the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution.
